The Montery County Fair entries for 2012

Artist Bonni Carver held her water color painting class here at Nest Egg Gardens. The weather and outside views were gorgeous. It was great hanging out with all of the really nice and very talented artists, and watching them work.

The succulent workshop at the Cabrillo Farmers Market went very well. Nest Egg Gardens supplied baskets, moss, soil, and lots of succulent cuttings for the event. Everyone (toddlers to senior citizens) dug right in and were excited to make their own succulent basket to take home (for free!).

Summer 2011

The Nest Egg Gardens pets, Reo and Rose are finally becoming friends!

It's almost been two years, sizing each other up, wanting to chase and/or be chased. They now snuggle up together in the living room at night. Reo is thrilled to be able to sniff a cat, up close and personal... and puts up with an occasional hiss or swat when it gets too exciting.

Project: Arbor Replacement

Watch as we go from delapidated white picket fence arbor to something massive enough to hold up the old Wisteria tree/vine.
